Prices are subject to change so please check before booking for our current rates. By paying any part of the invoice the hirer is also agreeing to the Terms & Conditions. To book with us and to secure your event date, you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $300 within 5 days. After this period and without confirmed payment of the non-refundable deposit, we will not be able to hold your date anymore. The outstanding amount must be paid by the hirer to Something Special Photo Booths at least 14 days before the event. If booked within 14 days of the event, non-refundable full payment must be received within 48 hours of booking. A travel surcharge may apply to events 35kms outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area. An idle fee may apply for extensive waiting periods. Certain dates may be subject to an additional surcharge. Deluxe props (if used) must be in good order at the end of the event, otherwise a charge may apply.
All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
All deposits are non-refundable. If the hirer cancels within 30 days before the event date the deposit can be held in lieu for a future available booking within 6 months of the original booking. Prior notice is required of changes to the time and date of the event. Something Special Photo Booth cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.
Something Special Photo Booth will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.
Delivery + travel fees
There is no charge for delivery and travel 0-30km from Melbourne CBD. A quote will be provided on request for events greater than 30km from Melbourne. We require a 4 hour minimum hire for any events that are greater than 50km from Melbourne. Where paid parking is required, this will be arranged and paid for by the hirer.
Hiring, delivery & service
Delivery, set up and removal of the photo booth are free of charge. Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the photo booth will be outside the rental period. The booth host will aim to arrive an hour prior to hire time to setup the booth. Earlier setup time can be arranged in discussion with Something Special Photo Booth and an idle fee may be applied for setup much earlier than the designated hour. A trained booth host will be within close proximity of the photo booth at all times to ensure smooth running. The hirer will be liable for any damage caused to the photo booth within the duration of the hire.
Use of images
When hiring from Something Special Photo Booth, the hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on Something Special Photo Booth website, social media and for advertising purposes. Unless advised prior to the event that they would not like their images used. Something Special Photo Booth will not use images which are deemed unsuitable on their website, social media or for advertising.
We will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, Internet outage or interruption of service, communication outage failure by a service provided to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that our photo booth is permitted at the event venue before booking and making payment. Something Special Photo Booth booth host may stop the usage of the photo booth at any time during the event if they feel that the photo booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product.
Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by Something Special Photo Booth.
